Ingredientes

  • 1 c. soft butter or possibly shortening
  • 1 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 2 Large eggs, beaten
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (if using shortening)
  • Sugar/cinnamon mixed

Direcciones

  1. Cream together butter and sugar. Add in Large eggs and mix well.
  2. Sift together flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt (if using shortening). Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  3. Onto lightly greased cookie sheet, drop about 1/2 Tbsp. size of dough. Cross with fork dipped into sugar and cinnamon mix.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 12 min. Makes about 5-6 dozen cookies. Store in tins when cold.
