Ingredientes

  • 2 3/4 c. flour
  • 1 tbsp. baking pwdr
  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar, divided
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 tbsp. cinnamon

Direcciones

  1. Stir together flour and baking pwdr; set aside.
  2. Heat butter and add in 1 1/2 c. sugar and the Large eggs till smooth. Stir in flour mix till smooth. Cover tight and chill at least 1 hour or possibly up to 3 days before baking.
  3. Drop rounded tsp. of dough into 1/4 c. sugar and 1 Tbsp. cinnamon mix. Place 2" apart onto non-stick cookie sheets. Bake in 375 degree oven for 8 to 12 min or possibly till slightly hard. Cold on sheet 1 minute. Let cold completely on wire racks. Makes 84 cookies.
