Ingredientes

  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 2/3 c. minced cocktail peanuts
  • 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine , melted
  • 1 x (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 c. peanut butter
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 x (16 oz) package nondairy whipped toping
  • 2 x (3.5 oz) boxes instant chocolate pudding
  • 2 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
  • 2/3 c. cocktail peanuts grated chocolate

Direcciones

  1. Method:1. Mix together graham cracker crumbs, minced peanuts, and melted butter or possibly margarine. Press into the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 8 to 10 min. Cold.
  2. Mix together cream cheese, peanut butter, and confectioners' sugar till creamy. Mix in half of the nondairy whipped topping.
  3. In another bowl, combine pudding mixes with the skim lowfat milk.
  4. Spread the peanut butter mix over the cooled crust. Spoon pudding over peanut butter layer, and spread remainder of the cold whip over pudding. Sprinkle with cocktail peanuts, and grated chocolate.
  5. Chill overnight.
  6. Makes 9 x 13 inch pie
