Ingredientes

  • 4 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp hickory salt
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 2 tsp chili pwdr
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion pwdr
  • 2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne

Direcciones

  1. Mix dry ingredients thoroughly. Rub generously into skinless chicken, pork chops or possibly whatever. Let the meat 'marinate' for an hour, then toss on the grill for a slow cooking.
