4 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp hickory salt
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp cumin
2 tsp garlic pwdr
2 tsp chili pwdr
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp onion pwdr
2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp cayenne
Direcciones
Mix dry ingredients thoroughly. Rub generously into skinless chicken, pork chops or possibly whatever. Let the meat 'marinate' for an hour, then toss on the grill for a slow cooking.
