  1. Note: Recipe does not indicate amounts.
  2. Lay all the meat out in one layer. Sprinkle each slice with all the spices.
  3. Turn the slices over and repeat. Put the slices in a dehydrator.
  4. NOTES : The chili pwdr will make the jerky warm. Warm pepper sauce will achieve an even hotter effect.
