Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Pork spareribs, cut in pcs
  • 1/2 c. Soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. Garlic, chopped

Direcciones

  1. Mix soy sauce and minced garlic. Pour over spareribs.
  2. Marinate for 3 hrs at room temperature or possibly overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat oven to 300F. Place ribs on rack over drip pan and roast 1 to 1-1/2 hrs till dry.
