Ingredientes

  • 6 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Dry Lemon Pwdr
  • 2 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 6 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp MSG
  • 1 tsp Paprika

Direcciones

  1. Combine seasoning thoroughly. Rub into meat and chill overnight before cooking.
  2. Since I was unable to find Lemon Pwdr, I substituted Lemon zest (grnd lemon peel) and the results were good.
  3. for sauces, marinades, spice mixtures,seafood, sausages, dry-rubs, appetizers and Barbeque, etc.
