Ingredientes

  • 5 tsp Peanut oil, or possibly canola oil
  • 1 x clove Garlic, peeled & chopped
  • 1 tsp Chopped gingerroot
  • 1 lb green beans, 2"-pcs
  • 1 tsp Oriental sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt, optional

Direcciones

  1. Heat the oil in a wok or possibly skillet. Add in the garlic and ginger, and stir-fry the ingredients for 30 seconds.
  2. Add in the green beans, and stir-fry them over high heat for 2 to 4 min.
  3. Add in the sesame oil and salt (if you like), toss the ingredients to coat them, and serve the beans.
  4. Preparation tip: The beans are supposed to be tender-crisp and shriveled or possibly even charred a bit on the outside. If desired tenderer beans, cover the pan after adding the sesame oil and salt, and continue cooking the beansfor a few min over moderately low heat.
