  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 3/4 c. powdered lowfat milk
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1 (16 ounce.) bread torn into pcs or possibly can use cinnamon bread
  • 1 c. raisins

Direcciones

  1. Mix water and lowfat milk. Add in Large eggs, blend salt, vanilla, sugar with liquid. Add in raisins and melted butter. Mix bread into liquid till moistened. Pour into well greased 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan till brown. Place in a pan of water 1 inch deep. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 min. Serve with vanilla sauce.
