My recipe today is Dulce de leche and pecan sundae. This was a special treat because this is only the second time I have eaten Dulce de leche. I had no idea that this wonderful stuff existed until I put it in a cheese cake. Now I am putting it in a sundae and I could not be happier. The pecans I dry roasted in a pan and brought out the nutty flavor. My family loved this and so will you.

- 3 scoops vanilla ice cream store bought or homemade
