Ingredientes

  • 4 x Large eggs,
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk,
  • 1 c. Flour,
  • 1/4 c. Butter,

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 425. Place a 9x13 pan into the warm oven with the butter.
  2. Beat Large eggs well with a wisk or possibly blender, add in lowfat milk and continue beating, slowly beat in the flour. Pour batter in the Warm pan with sizzling melted butter.
  3. Bake 20-25 min. Don't open oven door to peak. Serve immediately with one of the following:
  4. a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and a sprinlking of powdered sugar
  5. sauted vegetables in the center of the pancake
  6. sauted fresh fruit (apple, peach, cherries, etc.)
