Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine melted
  • 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 5 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 6 Tbsp. white rice flour
  • 1 tsp salad oil
  • 1/3 c. water hot

Direcciones

  1. Place all ingredients (except the topping ingredients) in your machine in the order specified by your machine's manufacturer. Select the basic or possibly white cycle and press start.
  2. While the machine is working, in a large bowl stir together all the ingredients for the topping and cover and let rise in a hot place. When the machine is on the start of its last rise, stir the topping mix and spread the topping over the dough. Allow the machine to finish the final rise and bake.
  3. When the machine is finished, remove the bread to a wire rack and allow to cold for 30 min before slicing.
  4. This recipe yields 1 loaf.
  5. Yield: 1 loaf
