Ingredientes

  • 2 cubes butter
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2/3 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 egg

Direcciones

  1. Mix flour and butter with 2 knives till crumbly. Make a hole in dry mix. Pour egg and lowfat sour cream in and work till dough forms. Mix thoroughly. Make 2 large cookies of dough. Wrap in saran wrap for 2 hrs and chill. Then pat out on floured board. Work with hands. Roll out crust. Makes 2 covered pies or possibly 4 open pies.
