Dutch Pearl Tapioca Pudding

This is also known as "fish eye" tapioca. The "pearls" are large round pieces of tapioca.

Ingredientes

  • 1/3 cup Pearl Tapioca (soak in water overnight)
  • 1 quart milk (4 cups)
  • 3 egg yolks (or two eggs)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Combine sugar, egg, and tapioca in a saucepan and add milk. Cook until it starts to boil, stirring.
  2. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Eat warm or cold.
