Dutch Potato Soup

Ingredientes

  • 1 lg. onion, minced
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 3 lg. potatoes, quartered and sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 1/2-3/4 c. evaporated lowfat milk
  • Bunch of parsley, minced
  • McKay's chicken seasoning to taste is also good

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry onion in oil. Add in potatoes and cover with water. Cook till tender. Add in lowfat milk and cottage cheese. Heat to serve (do not boil). Just before serving, add in parsley. Delicious flavor!
