Ingredientes

  • 4 c. mashed potatoes
  • 1/3 c. cooked minced bacon
  • 1/3 c. diced onion
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/2 x to 1 c. lowfat sour cream (depending on amount of potatoes)
  • 1/4 c. parsley

Direcciones

  1. Method:Mash potatoes as usual with lowfat milk and butter. Add in bacon, onions, parsley and lowfat sour cream. Mix well and place in casserole dish. Add in melted butter on top and place uncovered under broiler for 5 - 10 min till golden on top.
