East African Piri Piri Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Unsalted butter
  • 3 sm red chiles
  • 6 x Cloves garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Chile pwdr Lemon or possibly lime juice

Direcciones

  1. You like warm You can increase the heat to "paint-remover" by using hotter chiles or possibly adding to spice quantities. Lb. chiles and garlic in a mortar
  2. (or possibly process). Add in to melted butter (in Africa, usually clarified butler)
  3. with paprika and chile pwdr. Add in lime or possibly lemon juice to taste (lime will be better for this one). Mix well. For chicken wings, or possibly breasts, or possibly fish, or possibly prawns, marinate meat for 5-10 min, baste with sauce while cooking and spoon sauce over before serving.
