East Indian Spare Ribs

Ingredientes

  • 2 c. crushed pineapple
  • 2/3 c. minced green onions
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 2 tbsp. mild curry pwdr
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 4 lbs. spare ribs

Direcciones

  1. Place ribs in shallow pan, meaty side up. Roast at 450 degrees for 30 min. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer 1 to 2 min. Spoon over ribs. Continue to bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
