Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 quart Whipping cream
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 6 x Egg, separated
  • 1 x Brandy

Direcciones

  1. Beat cream thick, and combine with sugar and egg yolks that have been beaten together. Then add in 1 1/4 tumblers brandy (to taste) and stiffly beaten egg whites. It may require more sugar according to taste. Keep cold till served. Sprinkle with nutmeg, if you like.
