Ingredientes

  • 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed Borden's lowfat milk
  • 2 c. warm water
  • 4 large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Nutmeg

Direcciones

  1. Mix lowfat milk and water; add in salt and vanilla. Add in beaten large eggs little at the time to hot mix. Mix well. Pour into a greased casserole dish or possibly custard cups. Sprinkle top with nutmeg. Place dish in a pan of hot water about 1 inch deep, bake about 1 hour at 325 degrees or possibly till a knife inserted near center comes out clean. Serve warm or possibly chilled, about 6 servings.
