Receta Easy Berry Sorbet
- Cool off with an Easy Berry Sorbet:)
- 2 cups frozen raspberries
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1-6 oz container *Greek non-fat yogurt, raspberry
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
In a large bowl, combine the frozen berries, yogurt, water and frozen juice concentrate. Place half of the mixture in food processor bowl. Cover and process until almost smooth. Repeat with remaining mixture. Transfer mixture to a *shallow baking dish. Cover; freeze about 4 hours or until firm. Makes 6 servings Enjoy!
Tip~ To freeze fresh berries, arrange them in a single layer on a baking sheet. Place pan in freezer. When berries are firm, transfer to freezer containers. Store in freezer. Check out: How to freeze whole strawberries
*I used Nostimo Greek non-fat yogurt in this recipe.
* Using a metal baking dish will make the sorbet freeze faster.
