Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 2 c. Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 c. Water
  • 1/2 c. Crisco shortening
  • 1 stk margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. Cocoa
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. Buttermilk
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 Tbsp. Vanilla
  • 1 box confectioner's sugar
  • 1 stk margarine
  • 6 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 c. Minced nuts
  • 1 Tbsp. Cocoa

Direcciones

  1. Combine sugar, flour & salt. Combine water, Crisco, margarine & cocoa & bring to a boil; pour over sugar mix & blend well. Add in Large eggs, buttermilk, baking soda & vanilla, and when well mixed, pour into a greased & floured 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Bake 20 min at 350. Mix & heat icing ingredients, but don't boil. Pour over warm cake.
