Ingredientes

  • 24 vanilla wafer cookies
  • 2 pkg. (8 ounce. each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. vanilla extract
  • 1 c. peanut butter chips
  • 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3 tbsp. butter

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin pans with foil-laminated paper bake c. (2 inches in diameter). Place 1 vanilla wafer in bottom of each c.. In large mixer bowl beat cream cheese and sugar. Add in Large eggs and vanilla, beat well. Stir in peanut butter chips. Spoon 1 heaping Tbsp. cheese mix into each c.. Bake 15 min or possibly just till set but not browned. Cold.
  2. Heat chocolate chips and butter together either in microwave or possibly in small pan on stove till mix is smooth when stirred. Drop teaspoonfuls of chocolate mix onto center of each cheesecake letting white show around edge. Cover. Chill.
  3. Makes about 2 dozen.
