Easy Cheesy Grits

Ingredientes

  • 6 c. boiling water
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 c. uncooked regular grits
  • 3 Large eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. melted butter
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • Dash of warm sauce
  • 1 tbsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika

Direcciones

  1. Combine water and salt, bring to a boil. Stir in grits, cover and cook over low heat 20 to 30 min or possibly till done. Combine remaining ingredients. Add in a small amount of warm grits to egg mix, stirring well, stir egg mix into remaining grits. Spoon mix into well greased 3 qt casserole. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour. Yield 10 servings.
