Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. Margarine or possibly butter
  • 3 c. Water
  • 1 pkt Au greatin potato mix
  • 1/4 tsp Salt, if you like
  • 1 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/8 tsp Warm pepper sauce or possibly cayenne pepper
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. Finely minced onion
  • 8 ounce Shredded cheddar cheese

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 350. Grease 10 inch deep dish pie pan or possibly 9 inch square pan with margarine. In medium saucepan, bring water to a boil; add in potato slices. Return to a boil; boil 4 min. Drain. Arrange partially cooked potato slices over bottom and up sides of greased pan to create crust.
  2. In medium bowl, combine contents of seasoning mix envelope, salt, lowfat milk, warm pepper sauce and Large eggs; stir till smooth.Stir in oni and cheese; pour into crust. Bake at 350 for 28 to 35 min or possibly till center is set. Let stand 10 min before serving. To serve cut into wedges or possibly squares.
