Easy Chicken Florentine

Ingredientes

  • 4 single boneless chicken breasts, skinned
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 (10 ounce.) boxes frzn minced spinach, thawed & squeezed dry
  • 1 lg. onion
  • 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
  • Vegetable oil

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry onion and spinach in oil till onion is soft. Spread in bottom of greased casserole dish. Combine flour, salt and pepper. Dredge the chicken in the flour mix and shake off the excess. Saute/fry breasts in oil till golden. Lay breasts on top of spinach. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 min. Serve with warm, buttered noodles.
