Easy Chicken Nuggets

I have tried lots of recipes for these and none have come out quite as good as these did.

Va Bien Con: French Fries, fried potatoes, tator tots

Ingredientes

  • 3-4 boneless chicken breasts cut into one inch cubes
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 pkg ranch dressing mix (dry) or alfredo mix (dry)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp poultry season
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp red or cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 tbsp cajun season or season salt
  • 1 tbsp italian season (or one tsp each oregano, basil, rosemary
  • and thyme)
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Canola Oil for frying (you can also bake these in the oven)

Direcciones

  1. mix all dry ingredients in a medium size bowl
  2. whisk together eggs and milk in a separate bowl
  3. Heat oil on medium heat (depending on your stove I suggest 6 or 7)
  4. take one inch cubes of chicken dip in egg
  5. then dredge thru flour mixture
  6. drop one at a time in hot oil
  7. cook on each side 2-5 mins until medium golden brown
  8. be careful not to overcook them as they will be really tough to chew.
  9. serve with fries or tots
  10. hot
  11. NOTE: if cooking in oven cook on 350 for about 15-20 minutes depending on how many you are cooking and your oven temp.
