- Legs and thighs are best is parboiled first. To do this, cover with water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Place lid on saucepan. Remove from heat and allow to stand 10 min. Drain. Breasts and wings need not be parboiled.
- Mix equal parts of extra virgin olive oil and soy sauce. Sufficient marinade is needed to coat chicken thoroughly (approximately 1/4 c. of each for 8 pcs of chicken). Chill several hrs, if you have time.
- Grill on both sides, brushing with marinade, till done.
