  • Chicken pcs
  • Soy sauce
  • Extra virgin olive oil

  1. Legs and thighs are best is parboiled first. To do this, cover with water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Place lid on saucepan. Remove from heat and allow to stand 10 min. Drain. Breasts and wings need not be parboiled.
  2. Mix equal parts of extra virgin olive oil and soy sauce. Sufficient marinade is needed to coat chicken thoroughly (approximately 1/4 c. of each for 8 pcs of chicken). Chill several hrs, if you have time.
  3. Grill on both sides, brushing with marinade, till done.
