Receta Easy Chocolate dessert 简易巧克力甜品
WOW! Today is already the 1st of December, how time flies! Christmas is slightly more than 3 weeks away and the end of 2015 is also getting closer. I'm sharing with you today an Easy Chocolate Dessert recipe for your coming Christmas holiday. This rich and creamy delicious dessert is very easy to whip up and can be made ahead in a day or two. So why not have a try and impress your guests during this Christmas season!

Easy Chocolate Dessert
Ingredients:
- 225g whipping cream
- 100g natural yogurt
- 30g brown sugar
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2tbsp rum (optional)
- 120g semi-sweet chocolate, chop to pieces
Method:
In a small pot, combine whipping cream, natural yogurt and brown sugar together. Bring to boil at medium heat and stir well till yogurt dissolved. Remove from heat and pass cream mixture through a fine sieve. Add vanilla extract, rum and stir well again.
Drop chocolate pieces into cream mixture and stir until smooth. Then lastly pour chocolate cream into small glasses and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours or overnight.
225克 动物性奶油
100克 天然酸奶
30克 黄糖
1茶匙 香草香精
1/2 汤匙 兰姆酒 (可不放)
120克 半甜巧克力,切碎
倒入巧克力碎,搅致顺滑。将巧克力酱倒入小杯子中,放入冰箱冷冻2-3小时或隔夜即可品尝甜而不腻,美味的巧克力甜品了。
