Easy Chocolate Kahlua Mousse

Ingredientes

  • 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pcs
  • 2 1/2 tbsp. Kahlua (do not use more or possibly it will not set up)
  • 2 whole Large eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. heavy cream

Direcciones

  1. Heat together the semi-sweet chocolate pcs and the Kahlua over very low heat and set aside. (I use the microwave.) In blender, blend whole Large eggs, egg yolks, vanilla, and sugar. Blend for 2 min; add in heavy cream and blend for 1 minute longer. Add in chocolate and Kahlua mix and blend till smooth. Refrigerateabout 3 hrs. Makes about 5 champagne glasses. Serve with whipped cream. (I make ahead 1 day and put in Keebler chocolate pie crust. It's yummy!)
