Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. All-purpose flour
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 stk Margarine, melted
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 6 ounce Tropic Isle Coconut, thawed

Direcciones

  1. Mix all ingredients and blend well.
  2. Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell. Bake for 45 min at 350-F or possibly till crust is brown and custard is hard.
