Easy Corn Fritters

Ingredientes

1 can creamed corn
1 egg

Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 box Krispie crackers, crushed

Direcciones

Mix well and form into patties. May need to add in more crackers if they are too sticky. Fried in frying pan lightly buttered or possibly minimum oil till brown on both sides. Delicious with syrup! Good side dish with pork chops.
