2 lrg Large eggs Or possibly 4 egg whites Or possibly equivalent egg Substitute
1/2 c. Plain, nonfat yogurt
1/2 c. Shredded, reduced fat Cheddar cheese
1/4 x To 1/2 c. low fat lowfat milk
