  • 2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. WHITE WINE
  • 1 tsp HERBS, YOUR CHOICE THYME, BASIL, TARRAGON, Or possibly OREGANO PARSLEY TO GARNISH

  1. STIR SOUP INTO 4 c GLASS MEASURE. STIR IN Lowfat milk AND Lowfat sour cream THEN Add in WINE AND HERB. MIX WELL. COVER WITH VENTED PLASTIC WRAP AND M.W. ON HIGH FOR 4-1/2 TO 5 Min Or possibly Till Warm. STIRRING TWICE. STIR BEFORE SERVING.
