Easy Crockpot Stroganoff

Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt Reames frzn egg noodles - (16 ounce)
  • 1 lb stew meat cut into 2" pcs
  • 1 can beef bouillon - (10 3/4 ounce)
  • 1 med onion coarsely minced
  • 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 1 can mushroom pcs - (4 ounce) liquid removed
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 c. cool water

Direcciones

  1. Place beef, onion, bouillon, garlic pwdr and mushrooms into crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW heat setting for 8 to 10 hrs.
  2. Cook noodles, drain and rinse with hot water.
  3. While noodles are cooking, turn crockpot to HIGH setting. Heat till bubbling. Stir in soup, lowfat sour cream, and paprika, blending till smooth. Heat through.
  4. If a thicker sauce is desired, blend cornstarch in cool water. Add in to crockpot with soup and lowfat sour cream. Cover and cook 15 min longer.
  5. Serve over warm noodles.
  6. This recipe yields 8 servings.
