  • 3 c. FLOUR
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 2/3 c. SUGAR
  • 1 tsp SALT
  • 1/4 c. VEGATABLE OIL
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 4 tsp BAKING Pwdr
  • 2 c. OIL FOR DEEP FAT FRYING

Direcciones

  1. BLEND TOGETHER SUGAR, Lowfat milk, Large eggs AND OIL. Add in FLOUR, SALT, BAKING Pwdr MIX ALL LIGHTLY. HEAT 2 C. OIL IN A 2 Qt SAUCE PAN TO 365 F. DROP DOUGH BY TEASPOONFUL INTO Warm OIL. (IF OIL IS TO Warm, DOUGHNUTS Won't GET DONE INSIDE) FRY FOR 2 TO 3 Min Or possibly Till Golden. TURN FREQUENTLY WHILE COOKING.DRAIN ON PAPER TOWELING AND ROLL IN WHITE SUGAR
  2. WHILE STILL Warm. HINT: CHECK THE FIRST COUPLE OF DOUGHNUTS TO SEE IF THEY ARE O.K. AND DONE.
