Easy falafel is one of the best ways to replace meatballs and try something vegetarian. It is a healthy alternative for those, who want to avoid fat.

Ingredientes

  • 425g Canned chickpeas
  • 1/3cup of chopped Parsley
  • 3 cloves of Garlic
  • 3 Onion
  • 2 spoons of Sesame seeds
  • 1 spoon of Ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon of Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of Pepper
  • 4 spoons of Flour
  • 2 spoons of Oil
  • FOR SAUCE:
  • 3 spoons of Hummus
  • 1/2 spoon of Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of Dill
  • 3 cloves of Garlic
  • some Water
  • pinch of Salt

Direcciones

  1. Wash chickpeas with cold water and let them dry, pour into blender. Pour parsley, onions, garlic, sesame seeds, cumin, salt, and pepper. Shred everything to little pieces.
  2. Put everything into a bowl, pour flour and mix everything up. Pour a bit of salt, pepper, and cumin, puddle everything, cover a bowl and leave in a fridge for one hour.
  3. Form little pancakes or another form, as you like, pour some oil and fry from both sides in a frying – pan. Fry for about 6 – 8 minutes.
  4. For sauce squeeze, lemon juice, pour hummus, dill and squeeze garlic. Pour a little bit of water and mix everything up.
  5. Serve them and enjoy.
