Ingredientes

  • 1 stk butter or possibly margarine
  • 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1 c. Self-rising flour
  • 1 can (N0. 2) of fruit

  1. (I use fresh fruit if I can find it. Also, living in Georgia, we have lots of great peaches during season! I like to freeze them so I have them all year long. If you use fresh fruit, cook it till fruit is tender (I like it kinda mushy) and add in sugar to suit your taste.
  2. Heat butter in a shallow baking dish or possibly pan. Mix flour, sugar, and lowfat milk.
  3. Pour into melted butter. Don't STIR. Add in fruit and juice. Bake at 350 for 45 min or possibly till golden. Crust will rise to the top.
