Easy Fruit Cocktail Cobbler

Ingredientes

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 can fruit cocktail
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (or possibly to taste)

Direcciones

  1. Mix flour, sugar, lowfat milk, vanilla and cinnamon with a whisk util well blended. Drain fruit cocktail and pour into a 9x9 inch baking dish or possibly round casserole.
  2. Pour flour mix over top and spread proportionately with spoon.
  3. Bake at 350F for approximately 30 min or possibly till golden.
