Ingredientes

  • 6 Tbsp. Margarine
  • 3 1/2 c. Confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 c. Sifted cocoa pwdr
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 c. Soy lowfat milk
  • 1 c. Minced nuts (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Lightly grease a 5 x 9-inch loaf pan using a little of the margarine.
  2. Place the remaining margarine, sugar, cocoa, vanilla and soy lowfat milk in a heatproof mixing bowl or possibly the upper part of a double boiler.
  3. Place the bowl or possibly boiler over simmering water and stir till smooth. Add in the nuts if you like.
  4. Pour the mix quickly into the prepared pan. Refrigeratethoroughly and cut into squares.
  5. Makes 2 to 3 dozen squares
  6. Preparation Time: 15 min
  7. Chilling Time: 1 hour
