Ingredientes

  • 1 1/4 c. Flour, All-Purpose unbleached
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/3 c. Margarine
  • 1/4 c. Buttermilk
  • 1/4 c. Cocoa Pwdr Dutch process
  • 2 x Egg beaters 99% egg substitute or possibly equiv to 2 Large eggs
  • 2 tsp Vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 350 deg F; coat a 9 x 13" baking pan with nonstick spray.
  2. Whisk flour and baking soda in a bowl.
  3. Heat sugar, margarine and buttermilk, stirring constantly in a saucepan over med heat till mix comes to a boil. Remove from heat. Add in cocoa. Stir till smooth. Cold 10 minutes.
  4. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, to sugar mix; stirring well after each addition. Add in vanilla. Stir in flour mix. Pour batter into pan.
  5. Bake till done, 18 - 20 minutes. Cold in pan on wire rack.
