Easy Gelatin Cherry Cranberry Waldorf Salad

Ingredientes

  • 2 pkg. Knox gelatin, unflavored
  • 2 lg. boxes black cherry Jello
  • 6 lg. minced apples
  • 1 pound seeded red sweet grapes, sliced in half
  • 3-4 celery sticks, minced sm.
  • 1/2 to 1 c. minced black walnuts, or possibly according to your taste
  • 2-3 cans cranberry jellied sauce (may use 1 c. whole berry jellied and 1 c. jellied sauce)

Direcciones

  1. Add in Knox gelatin to dry jelly mix. Stir well. Prepare Jello according to package directions. Place in refrigerator till Jello is "softly set". Remove and add in cranberry sauce, mix in. Add in remaining ingredients, and mix well. Return to refrigerator till firmly set.
  2. Serve salad on top of lettuce leaves.
