- Mix together oil, applesauce, bananas and Eggbeaters. Add in pancake mix and lowfat milk. Stir in nuts. Spray 4 loaf pans with Pam. Pour batter into pans and bake for about 1 hour at 350 degrees. (Check after 50 min.) Bread is done when toothpick comes out clean. Cold on rack.
