Easy Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 4 tbsp. butter
  • 4 tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tbsp. melted butter
  • 3 tbsp. lemon juice

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter over low heat in heavy saucepan. Blend in flour and seasonings. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly till mix is smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in lowfat milk; return to range and boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Cook till thickened. After removing from heat, gradually beat in egg yolks. Then beat in melted butter and lemon juice. Serve immediately.
