Easy Lamb Chops

Ingredientes

Lamb chops
Garlic pepper
Grnd cumin

Whole fennel seeds (if you like)
Grnd ginger (if you like)

Direcciones

Rinse chops in cold water. Season to taste with garlic pepper on both sides. Sprinkle 1/8 - 1/2 teaspoon cumin on each chop and a healthy pinch each of fennel and ginger. Slow broil, turning every 10 min till done.
