- Place lowfat milk in saucepan; heat on low 2 to 3 min, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Place egg whites in blender; process on high till frothy (10 seconds). Slowly add in warm lowfat milk and sugar, blending at high speed 30 seconds.
- Pour 3/4 c. warm coffee into 6 mugs. Pour lowfat milk mix proportionately into coffee. Top each with 1 tsp. chocolate and add in a cinnamon stick. Makes 6 servings - 57 calories each.
