These juicy Mesquite Burgers have a sweet yet smoky flavor and will knock your socks off.

16 ounces ground beef 85/15 ½ Tablespoon Olive Oil salt to taste (about ¼ teaspoon) 1 Ground 2 Table Flavor Kit (includes a spice blend packet and fresh herbs, such as parsley, marjoram, thyme, and rosemary
Strip the fresh herbs from the stems and mince, set aside. In a bowl, combine the minced hebs, the complete contents of the spice packet, the salt and the olive oil. Mix well. Gently mix seasoning blend into the beef and form into 4 even patties. Heat up your cast iron pan on high heat. Add the oil. Cook the burgers about 3 to 4 minutes per side.
