Ingredientes

4 piece of [email protected] lbs 1/4 c. Dijon mustard 1 Tbsp. Honey

2 Tbsp. Oinon minced 1 x Clove crushed garlic

Direcciones

1. In a small bowl, combine mustard, honey, garlic. Remove skin from chicken.
2. Place chicken in a lightly greased, 9 inch, square baking dish. Spread with mustard sauce Microwave, covered on full power for 12 min.
3. Serves 2-3
