Ingredientes

  • 5-7 c. cucumbers (sliced), unpeeled
  • 1 c. sliced onions
  • 1 c. minced bell peppers
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 1 c. white vinegar
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. celery seeds

Direcciones

  1. Using a plastic bowl, place sliced cucumbers, sliced onions, minced peppers and salt into container. Let set 1 hour. Don't drain. Add in vinegar, sugar and seeds. Mix together very well. Place in covered container or possibly jar. Chill. Eat when cool.
